Questions
IT Compliance: common questions.
Does using Microsoft 365 make us HIPAA compliant?
No. Microsoft 365 can support HIPAA compliance, but it must be configured correctly and paired with policies, training and a signed BAA.
What is the FTC Safeguards Rule?
It requires many non-bank financial businesses — such as tax preparers, mortgage brokers and auto dealers — to maintain a written information security program with specific controls.
Are you a certified auditor?
No. We implement and document the technical controls; formal audits or certifications are performed by independent assessors.
